  5. CREATE AND EDIT FINANCIAL PROFILES

Financial Profiles allow standardization of financial data across multiple projects within a company and also simplify the entry of this data within each project. Two categories of Financial Profiles exist – User Defined and HST Regional. Only User Defined Financial Profiles may be accessed from within Your Account. Both User Defined and HST Regional Financial Profiles may be accessed and loaded from within a project.

User Defined Financial Profiles allow users to create, save and edit financial data based on user-defined project attributes such as project type, project size, construction COD, geographic region, etc. These profiles may be loaded into a project and edited further with project specific modifications. Finally Financial Profiles are accessible to all users within a given Team.

Create a New Financial Profile:

Step 1: Go to Your Account and select Financial Profiles.

Step 2: Click on + Create Financial Profile.

Step 3: Enter a title for the Financial Profile. This will be the title that is selected within a project to load the Financial Profile.

Step 4: Edit financial parameters as necessary. Each parameter is auto-populated with default values.

Step 5: Click Save Profile.

 

Edit an Existing Financial Profile:

Step 1: Go to Your Account and select Financial Profiles.

Step 2: Select the Financial Profile you wish to edit from the drop down menu.

Step 3: Click Edit and proceed to edit the finance and cost fields as needed.

Step 4: When finished editing, click Save Profile.

 

Delete an Existing Financial Profile:

Step 1: Go to Your Account and select Financial Profiles.

Step 2: Select the Financial Profile you wish to delete from the drop down menu.

Step 3: Click Remove to delete the profile.
