As landowners came into or exited the Utah syndicate, Analyze quickly assessed the new scenarios and reflected that in the leases for the Project Development Manager and her Project Development Associate. The developer found a perfect match in Utah at this location and was able to file with Pacificorp extremely quickly with extremely quick landowner contracting, representing one of this global conglomerate’s fastest contracted American deals.
The Outcome: A Major 1930 Acre, 300 MW Solar Lease Takes Shape
This Utah project marks a key victory for the Developer, as they were able to secure 1930+ acres and add a 300 MW solar farm to their pipeline. The energy output provided by DNV’s Solar Resource Compass yielded a first-look of a first-year energy generation of 600 GWh.
